Food, ambience, and staff were excellent and we will come back and recommend Ole Kyiv, Ukrainian fine dining restaurant. However, management my advice to you, please digitise service to save time to become proficient in fine dining. Memory can be unreliable when busy with 50 + covers, kids pizza making and supporting a charity fair. Using a tablet to order would eliminate confusion of recalling an order (which was repeated 3 times both by the staff and my husband each) and immediate determination of stock. Knowing which dishes have run out before a customer orders it (and waits for it and receives delivery of another dessert without communication) is key to “fine dinning”. Strategic Infrastructure is on you management not the fantastic and hard working staff. Order them a digital device for taking orders please. Progression and improvement are key. Complimentary coffees were a nice touch, thank you.

Nice food tasted at Ole Kyiv, made with good quality. Great ambience, everything settled up for San Valentine dinner. There was a musician playing Trump very well all evening. Food menu was not the original one, and very little choice was there available. Mains portion was small, for the price advertised.

My wife and I were looking for something different and we certainly found it at Ole Kyiv! We were unsure of what many of the items were on the menu but we needn’t have worried as the waiting team were just so happy to explain! In fact it was then that made the experience so fantastic. Such a warm and friendly welcome and they really couldn’t do enough to help us. We booked on a Saturday and were treated to traditional Ukrainian entertainment too which was great. I couldn’t recommend this highly enough. We’ll definitely be back!!

Apparently it was a celebration day for Ukrainians who happen to own the restaurant, they allowed there children to run up and down screaming while we were trying to eat our meal.

This was a pleasant ambience in which to experience a food tradition of which we know relatively little. It was both delicious and different - and the nice surroundings meant we were able to linger and chat. Friendly service too.

The best restaurants I went to under TheFork App - the moment when you entered the restaurant, you will be astonished by the atmosphere - Ukrainian live music and you can see significant effort put on the restaurant's decorations - ordered 6 traditional Ukrainian dishes and all tasted extremely well and authentic. Strongly recommended!j
