The service was poor, inattentive and not consistent with a Michelin star establishment . There was a convention dinner meeting at the same time as the restaurant dinner hours bleeding the staff and overwhelming the chefs. Profits maximized but service and ambiance compromised The establishment lacks the details of a fine dining experience as they have lackluster dinnerware, table devoid of fresh flowers and most importantly a staff exemplifying an attitude of not making its patrons feel cared for instead of simply being served a meal

Visiting from Washington DC and Cara was beyond EXCEPTIONAL I can’t express it enough! Went OVER and beyond for us, truly set the standard for any restaurant I visit while here vacationing in Switzerland. Exceptional I can’t say it enough. She deserves a 25% salary increase, in my opinion! She was very kind, attentive and thoughtful! Great experience! Thank you Cara

The restaurant is a large ballroom type with no softening of the sounds and a hallway entry smelling of the smoky like casino steps away. Although the staff is well trained, the chef seems to make it hard on them by being very inefficient. We waited 100 minutes for our meal and had to walk out when the waitress supposedly went to check and never returned. A disaster evening and one I hope others never get to experience. I am sure there are excuses but they do not matter to clients who have expectations of a meal that is expensive to begin with. Avoid this place. We eat all over the world and this is inexcusable
