An elegant, contemporary-style restaurant just a stone’s throw from Via Veneto. It serves traditional Sicilian cuisine with a modern twist.

Excellent
The staff welcomed us courteously and warmly. But the dishes were too salty and not so fine, far from the previous ones. I will not visit for a while.
We knew the restaurant from our first visit more than a year ago, and we loved it. Our second visit now was - sorry to say - even the more so disappointing. If it weren't for the address and the good service, we wouldn't believe it was the same restaurant. For a restaurant that prides itself with the Guide Michelin, food was simply not commensurate, and prices are - for what we received - definitely too high. Among the starters, the polpo arrosto was way too salty; the gamberi rosso di Mazara in tempura was ok (but nothing more). The (traditional) pasta with gamberi and pistacchio was perfectly al dente and good, but nothing exceptional The greatest disappointment were the involtini di pesce spada con crema di peperoni in agrodolce - there was hardly any pesce spada, it was dry (stored for too long in the fridge??) and I do hope ... it was fresh. The filling of the involtini was very dominant, very dull in taste and left a very pasty unpleasant mouth feeling. Deserts were good, but again not exceptional as you would expect, given the Guide Michelin kudo and price level. Disappointing also the espresso - they used to have a truly excellent caffè ... but this one now is ok, but nothing more. All in all, we are not even sure whether we would risk a third attempt in this restaurant ... which is a pity in view of their first and excellent impression on us ... some time ago. ..
Qualità superiore. Una certezza!!!
Really good restaurant with excellent service. We had fantastic codfish and tuna and excellent deserts. Thank you. ????
For my last night in Rome, I thought I’d treat myself to this Michelin Guide restaurant. But I ended up with gastroenteritis with full body sweats all night - the night before my flight. Two pieces of the 6 piece fried Appetizer tasting course were cold; my main course pasta was lacklustre and the dessert was mediocre (the other choices were Granita or sorbets - that’s pretty boring). Also, when my wine was finished, the Somalier didn’t even come back to ask if I wanted another glass. To top it off, the restaurant was pretty noisy. Its just too bad that this happened. I’ve been to other Michelin star/guide restaurants and this is no where close to their standards.
Between my wife and I we tried 5 different plates and really disliked 4 of the 5.
Ottimo!
As much as I wished to be ecstatic about this restaurant, it fell just a little bit short of expectations. While some dishes were excellent (primi, octopus starter, swordfish), others left us feel a little underwhelmed. Do not regret coming here for the experience, the delicious wine (thanks to the sommelier recommendation!) and desert, but something about the whole thing left us wanting. The restaurant is dog-friendly though, so that’s a plus!
Gorgeous restaurant, wonderful and friendly service, delicious food, great Sicilian wine list and desserts. Excellent experience overall. Very much recommended
Sempre una conferma
Sempre perfetto.
The service is perfect and the taste of pasta was delicious But too salty, this thing that should be solved.
Expensive but interesting. almost esclusively sea food. Sicilian recipes revisited. excellent spaghetti with sea urchins!
Delicious food and excellent service
Eccellente come sempre!
ottima esperienza.
Beautifully prepared dishes. Attentive and friendly service. Extensive list of sparkling waters (and fine wines)! Our new favorite restaurant in Rome.
Wonderful experience! Fabulous food, service was impeccable and the wine was sublime! Most other guests were Italian. We were treated very politely yet in a non-pompus friendly way. The fish and seafood was delicious and refined. We definitely want to go back before leaving Rome.
good food and atmosphere
