The score may seem high, but I felt welcome. I mean, this is covid-19 time. They need costumers. These people show that they appreciate the fact that we came to their place. Every small mistake and omission I am ready to forget in this case.

Very nice ambience, food but unfortunately over charged on wine. We requested the house wine which was 13.50 for a litre we were asked if we wanted sauvignon blanc, pinot grigio we said sauvignon blanc however before he opened the wine I asked if it was the same price he said yes then as he left said maybe couple euro more, it was actually 19 euro. The portions are small but tasty, nice location near the number 2 water bus route. Despite the overcharge we got a small shot after dinner however I felt it was cheeky to request something, be offered something else, explain we had been ripped off the night before and instead of saying it's 19 euro just throwing it on the bill. That said nice place just stick to the menu 100 percent.

Fantastic. Really attentive staff, great wine and fantastic food. A hidden gem off the main drag. Fantastic tables by a quiet portion of the canal. Honestly a fantastic experience.

Good food and really good wine with nice waiters in the small corner of the mysterious street in Venice. I recommand to visit this small restaurant in the evening.

Whomever gave this place anything less than 5 stars, doesn't know food or came with the previous chef. This is among the best restaurants in Venice. From service to food. Absolutely top quality and flavor.Definitely come back..

The setting was wonderful candle light by the canal The grilled sole was the best we have tasted .The lasagne and the Spaghetti Carbonara was truly authentic and delicious .Without the 50% discount the meal would have been too expensive in our opinion as visitors from Australia .We enjoyed the evening but the service was lack lustre .

Good choice, good quality reasonably priced food. The staff were friendly and we had a nice table outside in great position next to the canal. Would recommend.

The location was great - side of the canal on the street terrace. But the food was just fine. The oil in the olive oil bottle was not olive oil so just an example of a simple failing which makes it that little bit less authentic Italian.

We had ordered online for 9 pm. Arriving at the restaurant we were given a table by ourselves which initially was nice. However we soon got a table right next to us, meaning that any conversation between us was out of the question. We ordered a starter to share (shrimp) and a spagetti carbonara and a fried chicken with pommes frites. After 45 min we still hadn't received our starter. Some other guests arriving after us had already been served. When the shrimp arrived it was almost comical. I sent a picture to my 13 year old son and he said it looked like someone had been in their garden cutting some grass and throwing some frozen shrimps on top. Not very appetizing and completely flavorless. Then we waited another 20 min for our main course. The fried chicken was extremely hard, dry, thin almost unbeatable - just the 1/2 lemon gave it a bit of juice. The only flavor on the spagetti carbonara was the parmesan cheese that we added. A very disappointing experience and not something we would like other to encounter. We do not recommend this restaurant

Having a dinner with family of four. The kids had fried chicken and fries, the dish was quite dry and overcooked. Our first dish was pasta, which was ok. The second was supposed to be entrecote, which it wasn’t. They served us some overcooked small piece of cheap beef with a lousy side dish of baked potatoes straight out of freezer. The dessert was propably bought from the same supermarket, it was not made in the restaurant. We got the 50% off so the bill was not that big, the location was ideal. Still I would not call this place a restaurant. We left with a feeling of being cheatet.

NOT AN ITALIAN RESTAURANT! No one working in this restaurant was italian. We tried this restaurant for our last night in Venice, terrible idea. Let's go in order: 1) We asked for a White Martini and instead we received a Red Martini. It wasn't a mistake, the waiter told us that the white one was over, so they brought us the red without asking. (Not a good beginning) 2) I ordered a Mix of Fried Fish (typical in Italy) and... The fish was gummy, clearly it came from the freezer, it wasn't fresh. 3) We ordered the sole fish, but also this was over. 4) THE BEST: Please check the picture I uploaded of the "Salad of Grilled Vegetables": it was supposed to have pepper, eggplant and zucchini. The pepper was over, there were TWO slices of eggplant. Since we asked to send it back to kitchen the waiter told us that "Once is prepared you should eat it, otherwise they have to throw it and is a waste". Conclusion: I honestly think that this is the worst restaurant I have ever been in my life.
