Mysig restaurang med familjekänsla. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Modern uppdatering av traditionella rätter som verkligen var superbra. Vi kommer jättegärna tillbaka och rekommenderar andra att gå hit.

The food was delicious and well presented. Two of our group shared a bistecca fiorentina which they enjoyed immensely. The wine list was not extensive but was fairly priced. We sat inside in a nicely decorated room that shows a lot of creativity!

Great food and drink. Unfortunately we were seated outside and there was a bit of traffic. We were not given the option of sitting inside even with our reservation.

Fantastic location, excellent Tuscan food and wonderful service. Nice mix of locals and tourists…highly recommended . Very popular with lots of diners turned away so make sure you book ahead.

We were looking for a well rated restaurant in Lucca that wasn't a tourist trap. After reading through reviews, we thought we were choosing a place that had something for adults and kids. We failed to check the current menu offering and it was quite limited and had little that children (mine) would choose. Tartar, several dishes with anchovies, a neck, sweetbreads (kidneys?), stewed rabbit sauce, tongue, crispy octopus, and a diaphragm of an unknown creature. The kids did fine with a tortellini al ragu and some steak, but just something to consider for families with less adventurous palates. I did notice, as the reviews had warned, that the wait staff seemed slightly depressed - one older man (proprietor?) had some enthusiasm and a couple of younger women didn't have much joy in their roles. The Florentine steak was delicious and we also enjoyed the fried zucchini flowers with anchovy.

I visited this restaurant several times. The first time it was outstanding- food and service. Each subsequent time, not so much. My last visit was with 6 other people. I had to got up three times to refill our wine glasses. Neither the server nor the owner came over to check on us during our meal. I had to ask for the bread- which had always been promptly placed on the table with olive oil w/o asking. It was a disappointing experience.

Il ristorante è carino, purtroppo vicino a noi c’era un tavolo molto rumoroso e con persone maleducate. Comunque l’antipasto era molto buono il primo la pasta troppo cotta ed insipida il dolce buono

The welcome was like meeting with a friend. They’ve food was delicious, the service was excellent. The restaurant was very busy but the staff still had time to advise & chat. A really wonderful find.

Really amazing place. Food is really really good. Very raisonnable portions and unique pricing per category which is loved. I recommend both the meat and the octopus.
