The food is great but the service was terrible. There was one person serving all customers. May have been a detaching problem on the night but even with the good food, I wouldn’t be inclined to go back.

It was a very frustrating experience.The place seemed ok, the meat cuts were attractive but the service was horrible.It took almost 90 minutes to the orders be served, three cuts of Fioerentine’s cut meat. And it was very badly done, kind if a very disappointing barbecue. A very disappointing experience.

Gentili signori siamo molto dispiaciuti per quello che è successo. Siete stati da noi perché sicuramente avete letto quanto scritto da altri clienti e sicuramente da nessuna parte è scritto che nel nostro ristorante si servano cibi espressi. Le carni da voi scelte, “bistecca taglio Fiorentina” prima che vadano in cottura richiedono del tempo e questo è necessario per ottenere un ottimo risultato. Mi dispiace molto che lei abbia scritto ciò, perché quando mi sono recato al vostro tavolo per sincerarmi che tutto fosse andato bene, la sua signora e suo figlio non ha manifestato nessun risentimento complimentandosi per le pietanze che vi avevamo servito. Avrei preferito ricevere le sue critiche al momento per poter spiegare quanto da me scritto e comunque scusarmi personalmente. Cordialmente Pietro Caruana
