This cosy Michelin-starred restaurant is located in the square of a charming village in Puglia. There is nothing to complain about in terms of the food, the attentive service or the setting. On the other hand, the bill, even if the quality is good, is too high for Puglia.

This was the third time we have been. It remains one of our favourite restaurants. We were fortunate this time to be seated on the balcony which is among the best venues anywhere. The food is outstanding - clever, perfectly executed and delicious. Staff were highly knowledgeable, fully attentive and welcoming. It really is one of the great venues and so good to see it, rightly, on a Monday evening packed.
