We have only had 2-3 bad meals and experiences over the past several years and this was for sure one of them. We ordered a ribeye medium rare and two sides. After 45 mins our steak came out well-well done and two wrong sides. They acknowledge they made a mistake on the steak and would recook to medium rare, after another 20mins of waiting, now eating only our sides that were corrected we asked for the check and didn’t want to wait for the steak. They went running back and brought out a steak that was almost raw….. They never put our new steak on as they said. It was too raw to eat and we asked for the check. The hostess was wonderful and very apologetic, the waiter was no where to be found. When we asked for the check I asked to speak to the manager, who I was told was also the waiter. He was very rude when I showed him the opposite sides of medium rare, told me that this happens on occasion at restaurants, and never once apologized for ruining our dinner.

An excellent dinner experience. Had reservations for 20:00 and were promptly seated. I like many others, acoustics were great and made for pleasant conversation without effort. The waitress was very polite, attentive, and professional. But most importantly, our meal was great. Perfectly cooked, we enjoyed it with a nice Douro wine and had a very nice evening. I would eat there again, yes.

The place is very warm and cozy, excellent service from the hostess to the waitress. Good food quality. The only “bad” thing is that they offer you water, which we thought it was a nice detail. But it end up being charged. Definitely I recommend this place and will be back.
