We had high hopes for this restaurant but were rather let down. The antipasto (roast beef), however, was superb in both taste and presentation. For the primi we had two pasta dishes, one which was alright but didn't look too appetising, and one (tortelli) of which the pasta wasn't fully cooked in parts (still hard). The mains tasted good; however, the beef was overcooked too well done and somewhat cold, and the other dish (porchetta, I think) didn't have great presentation. The decor was also rather like a meeting room with grayish chairs, grayish walls and rather white lights which made the restaurant feel more like an office with dining tables in it. Particularly the lights contributed to the food looking less appetising. Service, however, was very friendly. We would, however, have liked a bit more incentive with the wine pairing. Instead we got "this wine is good". Overall an allright experience, but not worth it at its price point.

Ignacio was fantastic and the food was amazing. It seems they are not busy enough to have all the things in their menu - many things we wanted weee unavailable - but what we had was delicious nonetheless!

We had a lovely evening, the food was amazing and the waiter gave us very goood advices on the wine! Honestly I do recommend this place warmly ! We had 4 different wine and trued 2 starters, 2 primi and 1 secondi and unfortunately we had no more rooms for the dessert…: ;)

I very rarely will write a review. We went to Pablo's on Friday June 17th, 2023. Ignazio our server and manager of the restuarant (not sure of perfect spelling) was beyond FABULOUS! Excellent Service and food was beyond amazing. My family and friends (8 of us) had a wonderful time, the presentation and flavor of the food was extroidanary. We are from New York and and Pablos was a jewel in Palermo. So Happy we went there. The chef Paolo and his wife were wonderful. The place is a must go if in Palermo.

Probably one of the worst foods I tried. The taste of the Bao starter was ok but very dry. A few tiny drops of sauce isnt enough. But the main was unbelievably bad. I had the lamb which was like a rubber bullet. After chewing on it for several minutes I had to spit it out. It was also very stringy and just very unpleasent to eat. The taste was bland. The other Main was Fettuccine. They were completly overcooked to the point where they were almost mush. The taste was horrible. So bland. No taste of salt or pepper or any other spices. If I could I would give 0 stars.

Quando vai in un ristorante di prima categoria non ceni con il cappuccino :-) evidentemente evete sbagliato locale, tutte le nostre pietanze sono studiate, le cotture delle carni sono fatte a bassa temperatura, prima di prenotare la prossima volta dovete guardare menù, foto e recensioni, per non rimanere stizziti poi davanti al conto, avete usufruito anche dello sconto, buona serata.

Fantastic place just a short walk off the overcrowded centre of Palermo. Maître di Sala was courteous and attentive, service was great and food turned out to be a feeria of tastes and textures. We went there to try their special Easter menu and got a wonderful culinary experience. Well done, Chef Pablo, and thanks for coming over to us to say hello after the meal. Also, a big thank you to the restaurant's crew. We will definitely come back when next time in Palermo!

We were all alone in the restaurant at 8 pm on a Friday night and remained alone for the whole night. The host was nice and made up for a bit, but honestly the food was overall disappointing. Tagliatelle without seasoning, lamb extremely salty… A big disappointment

A tiny restaurant well off the beaten track with only indoor seating. The food was sublime - we had a beautiful soft thin tortellini with unctuous filling and my code was wonderful as was my husband's crispy beef and the desserts were a work of art. What let it down was the complete absence of character and amboance - too minimalist and cold. Waiter was polite but not at all warm and we had to look at the menu on an app - I am no luddite but for a restaurant if this quality it was a let down. The prices were fair for quality - £130 for three courses and a bottle of wine and water.

Best food we have had for a long time and certainly the best meal in Palermo. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The service was friendly and welcoming. One not to be missed!
