It is a great restaurant with a very good staff and service. The food proposal was a hit and miss, we found many dishes that were great and others that lacked some flavor. The risotto was not fully cooked and there was a plate with a variety of grains in which some of them were hard, maybe this was intended to be like this, but overall it didn't turned great to chew. I think the place has a lot of potential. But it important that beyond the presentation and fanfare, the flavor has to be there, in this case, for me it wasn't.

Really impressed with the experience. Service was perfect. Every thing was explained. And everything was delicious. Full of flavor. I would recommend the tapas accompanied by the wine selection. I enjoyed the wines almost as much as the meal. Extraordinary wines from all over. Each very individual.

A little gem near Prato city centre. We had the 12 courses menu(€85 without drinks), wine pairing is 45€ on top of the menu price. I have to say it was delicious from the starters to the deserts. Every dish is well presented and the staff has a great knowledge of the ingredients. I wouldn't be surprised if they get a michelin star in the near future! 100% recommend especially if you want to treat yourself and your loved ones.
