Best restaurant in town

The food was really good, unfortunately they did not have the polenta available. We had the hummus with sweet potato and the falafel, both tasty

Nice Mediterranean style restaurant. Food was nice and service very correct. Relaxed ambiance and quiet area of the city. Would go back with friends!

Welcoming and quaint. Good food. Menu sufficient with not too many choices. Service a bit slow though. Would go again. Reservation system online very good.

Has been my favorite restaurant in Hilversum for some years. Always very tasty food and excellent service and price. A couple of months ago a new chef joined and food quality has improved and ia better than ever. Go here for an evening of great food, wine and service gor a good price.

Great welcome and service. We took the menu for two, which was really great. Drinks were also very good; G&T, dark & stormy and lovely glass of Brindisi.

We were looking for a restaurant with high quality and original options for vegetarian food and this one was spot on. Seemingly simple dishes with many layers of taste and flavors. The service was attentive and nice. We had a great evening. Loved the food. Go for the chefs menu.

A delicious menu, with friendly staff and a happy atmosphere

It was a very nice atmosphere and the food served was tasty and well presented. The polenta chips with Parmesan are a must have! Very enjoyable evening. We will be back.

Felt good to be back in Paisan. We are never disappointed as the food is good, the personal friendly and the atmosphere suited for a good moment. Good lunch on the terrace.

We had the house menu and all the food was delicious - plus some lovely red wine.

We haven’t been at this restaurant for a while and the quality is still very high, nice service. We took the surprise menu and it came with a lot of « between dishes » We will come back definitively. het was heel gezellig avond heel veel smaak en aardig mensen

Once again a lovely plank of food for lunch, the small soup was extremely tasty and exactly why I keep returning to Paisan. Always very well spiced food. The house white wine was also exceptional.

The food is nice. Service is good. However the menu hasn't changed for a long time. And since the menu is quit limited it would be nice to try something new.

Once again a wonderful tasty dinner. We especially liked the aubergine and chickpeas, so well seasoned. This is the best restaurant in Hilversum.

As always a wonderful meal at Paisan with great service. The atmosphere was just buzzing with a full restaurant. Clearly the best place to eat out in Hilversum. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We miss the old menu!! But the food we had was very good.

Love this place and cooking style. Great service, very helpful and friendly and giving nice suggestions. Very much open for feedback and following up appropriately. Like last time I went it took a bit longer than expected to get the dishes we ordered (kitchen very busy it seemed, maybe in need of a an extra chef / assistant ?)

As always, great dinner, great service, and great wine.

Delicious food as always. I usually go for their daily menu and am never disappointed. The chef cooks fish beautifully. Served with a very good temperanillo.

Food was delicious and waiting times where not too long, the personnel was very friendly, attentive and flexible. The decor fit in the concept of the restaurant and gives it a very cozy feel, the music isn't too loud. Definitely a go to place for us. Very nice!

Excellent food. Each plate was a pleasure, well cooked, tasty and consistent with the Mediterranean feel of the restaurant... until desert, which was good, but very Dutch! Service was a little slow for our taste. It's good to be left alone to chat and eat, but they forgot a few things because they were busy and it did take a long time between the courses. All in all, however a great evening out. We liked it enough that we think we'll go back their again!
