Pakwan Indian restaurant

I was there with my wife. And had panner pakora and dal soup as starter .with salty lassi was very delicious after we ordered panner lababdar was so amazing with chilling cheez naan and I ordered dal makhni was amazing with cheese naan . After that had gulam jamun as dessert over all for food 6/5 Stars service was awesome very good everything is perfect they don’t need to change nothing evan they have a lots of vegetarian and vegan options highly recommend that place with family/friends or date ????

During our last night in Lagos, we went to the Indian restaurant Pakwan Sandeep’s and it was a very pleasant surprise. It is a bit hidden (2nd floor of a mall) but a sign indicates it at the entrance. At first, we were kind of lost with the menu, a lot of Indian name we had never heard of and didn’t know what kind of food expect. The waiter came to our rescue with a document explaining what contains most of the plates, and finally helped us to choose asking what kind of meat or fish we liked, If we liked it spicy or not.. it was really helpful. We finally got CHICKEN TIKKA and HONEY PRAWNS as starters. It was really delicious and generous, totally recommend. We continued with LABABDAR CHICKEN (pakwan chef special), with a sauce made with tomatoes, onions, cream, butter, and spicies like cumin and coriander. I trusted the waiter’s advice and it tasted really good. We also tried MADRAS LAMB (non veg dishes) with oignons, madras, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, tomato, garlic, ginger, coriander and Chili (the waiter askes you how spicy you like it so you don’t have a bad surprise). You definitely have to try these Indian specialities if you pass nearby. We eat the meat with the mushroom rice I totally recommend, the portions are big and the rice is not dry at all. The wine was also really good and the service perfect. All the food was so much and so good that we got a doggy bag and had the same for dinner the day after. 10/10 A big thank you to the chef Mr. Sandeep’s and the waiter, see you soon in Lagos.
