Beautiful place. The waiters were very kind. The three Spaghetti plates where cold. The Bread basket was ridiculously expensive. Maybe we expected something better because of the references

Per noi è una conferma. Cibo eccellente servizio impeccabile ambiente elegantissimo. Ottimo per un pranzo in completo relax all'interno di un giardino curatissimo praticamente in centro a Firenze.

Food quality very low. Slow service. Super hot ambience, not enjoyable. So long for having a bill and no one knew how to do an invoice. Simply, a bad experience.

After a long day sightseeing for 12 hours on a bus we decided to try the restaurant at this hotel because we are staying there and it was convenient. This hotel is really nice and decorated well so the ambience I cannot fault. We arrived in the restaurant and found no staff to seat us. After standing around for 5-10 minutes a young waitress came out from the kitchen and she offered us a table inside or outside. She asked if we would like water and that arrived very quickly. She then brought the wine and food menus. She seemed to forget that we existed after this because she was in a long conversation with a couple on the next table. She also went outside to deal with other diners and continued to go in and out of the kitchen. After about 20 minutes I tried to get her attention. Then she snapped at me to wait a few minutes. We ordered salmon tartare to start and that took 30 minutes for it to arrive. The second course was Roll of Chicken for my wife and Sirloin Steak for myself. Another 20 minute wait after finished the starter and when the dishes arrived they where very disappointing. I had asked for my steak to be medium cooked. It arrived very raw on the inside. My wife’s chicken was very dry. I found that the waitress was dealing with several people at the till in the next room . I waited several minutes for her to deal with other customers and then told her about my steak. She apologised and took it away. Ten minutes later she returned with the steak and potatoes but there was now no sauce on the plate which should have been a wine reduction. I again alerted her to this and she took it away again and five minutes later returned with the plate of steak and potatoes plus sauce. By now the food was getting cold. I ate the food and I payed for it and left very dissatisfied.

Ambiente Wow!!! Servizio ottimo e cibo buono, il primo (lasagne al salmone e zucchine) era un pó freddino ed asciutto mentre il secondo (filetto di ombrina al vapore con verdure) veramente ottimo. Il posto è veramente bello e merita di visitarlo.

We showed up at the restaurant at the booked time. Was greeted by a lady at reception who said we had to wait a bit. When we waited for 15 minutes without response, the patience was over. We went. Lousy service. Nor did it seem to be anything special about people there and those who worked there seemed to have some fun. Not good!
