I am a big fan of the Brazilian pão de quiejo (cheese bread). I did not realize that other parts of South American had a version called pan de yuca, which is just as delicious and also happens to be gluten free. The bread comes in warm bites of doughy, cheesy goodness. At first I was skeptical pairing it with the tropical frozen yogurt on the menu, however I was wrong. It was a delicious combination –but the bread is also great on its own. If you like cheese and/or tropical smoothies, or if you are just looking for gluten free options, this is a great choice. Two thumbs up.
