I'd put "noisy" because we were sitting outside and a part of many people around, there was also a concert on the place where our table was situated. I haven't been sitting inside though, so no opinion on that. The waiting time was average for Italian restaurant (half an hour or so), the menu is quite poor for my taste and the prices above average: pizza (speciality) €11, normal: €7-8; the fried fish assort: €18 - which is quite high for an average Turin restaurant. Only 2 types of the draft beer available but good selection of wines. The location is great (7 mins walk to the central square). There are tables just outside restaurant and in front of it on the square (largo IV Marzo) that is nice during warm period.
