10/10I genuinely don't think there's a better restaurant serving traditional Portuguese food around. And many of the dishes have a little twist on the original. Amazing food, great staff with great knowledge of food and wine, and a wine list that would be the envy of most restaurants in the country. We literally create opportunities to visit this place at least a couple times a year, despite living in Lisbon. Fantastic!

10/10Genuinely one of my favourite restaurants in Portugal. I hadn't been since before the pandemic and it was amazing to return. The food was superb (first time trying the 'Bife a Vitor Pinto' and it was sublime. The wine list, as ever, blows my mind. Great value for some truly exceptional bottles. The service is the centrepiece of the whole place, though. You never feel anything but completely welcome. Every member of the team is both friendly and great at their job. Easy decision to go back anytime we're in the area. Fabulous.

10/10Always a great experience, Year after year. From The moment we walk in, greeted with a smile to the moment we leave thanked for our visit. Everything works, timely without rushing. Dishes well prepared with top ingredients and a good portion of love. Presentation invites you to enjoy. Papa Figos never disappoints.

10/10This was not the first time but it was the best. The menu has riveting signature dishes, we had the Steak with Molho à Café and the duck magret, utterly well prepared and delicious. The deserts are to die for, conceived and preepared lovingly as the dishes. Fine wine list with an unusual set of good quality 375ml options. Although the house was completely full we had excellent service. We found the price quality relationship very reasonable. A final word on the owner - as always he works alongside the service staff and is very humble and kind with his guests. We highly recommend Papa Figos and will continue to return with great joy.

10/10Modern Portuguese food which was beautifully cooked and very well presented. Pedro suggested two excellent wines. Professional service. Three courses, wine, water, coffee and tip for under €50 a head. Worth going out of your way to eat here.

9.5/10Amazing fish soufflé in filo pastry, mushrooms with figs, and basil ice cream. Also enjoyed the Papa Figos codfish though we felt it could be a bit more flavourful/ saltier. Nice almond pie too, good portion. What was way overpriced was the couvert - desserts a bit too, but the couvert felt way out of line.
