Booked this place at 50% on fork, very happy with food and service , the salad was fresh, wings were tasty and steak was cooked to perfection. We will come again for sure, ofc for the ambiance.

Really friendly staff, great food and fun music. This place is a hidden gem and I’m glad we found it before it gets too popular. We’ll definitely be back. Recommend the steak - it was delicious, the burgers sound great too.

Delicious Thai beef salad, followed by delicious chilli prawn fettuccine. Slight negative was that some of the fettuccine stuck together and were maybe a little bit too al dente. Overall a really fantastic and very tasty meal.

Soooo good! Fun atmosphere. Great, attentive and friendly service. Really nice tasting food with good portion sizes. Would recommend the starters which taste wonderful and the mains, particularly the sirloin steak. We will be back!

My 2nd visit at Universal Paradiso! Friendly staff! Great menu! Reasonably priced! Extensive beverage menu with cocktails! Great atmosphere on the quiz nights! Would recommend!

Food met our expectations and portions were decent. Only beef brisket wasn't cooked properly and it was very hard and dry. Sirloin steak was fine and fried cauliflower really tasty. Unfortunately, our table was quite dirty and sticky so we moved to a different one which was even worse so we ended up cleaning it with sanitizer before our food arrived. Service was quick and staff friendly, they applied our discount without any issues. I'd come again but wouldn't pay full price for food.

It was a lovely surprise when we arrived at the Paradiso. It was unexpected but the food was delicious and the customer service wonderful. We totally enjoyed the music, mostly ABBA and Lady Gaga. We will be back.

Great dining experience! We went on Tuesday and there was the drag queen quiz on the night. We ordered the steak and fries. It was flavored, marinated and the fries were crisp and crunchy with the right amount of salt. Service was great and staff was very friendly and welcoming :)

We ordered the burger and beer deal. The chips can be better, and the coleslaw in the salad is a bit interesting. The patty is amazing tho.
