8/10The drinks are disappointing . No draught beers their own brand of lager was not nice according to the two gentlemen I was with . Also for a small bottle was quite expensive at £5. Could have done with more meat in the dishes we were served. It is quite an expensive restaurant. What we had was lovely , just more meat would have been appreciated.

6.5/10The food was fine, not outstanding. Unfortunately, at 6.30 on a Thursday evening the large restaurant was empty apart from one other couple. So there was really no ambience.

10/10The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. There was a great choice on the menu, and the food was really fresh and tasty. We didn’t have to wait long at all for our starter, and the main was brought out at a reasonable time once that had been cleared away. Will definitely recommend.

4/10We had starters of squid it was so tough I couldn’t even cut it let alone chew it & there was so much batter with such little squid. The main course was nice I had a stew but I’m convinced mine was lamb when I ordered chicken. I queried it but the waiter assured me it was chicken. The 2 people I was with ordered lamb and theirs was chicken so I think the order was muddled. No one came over at any time to ask if everything was ok. I did tell the waiter when he cleared the plates the squid was tough but he just smiled. When we left there was no one at all in sight in the whole restaurant, no customers & no staff. We called out goodbye but there was no one around. Disappointed & I doubt I will return

10/10Superb food , lamb kebab was so tender. But what was most impressive was how they handled probably the busiest Saturday night in Eastbourne (Airborne) food came quickly with a smile!

3/10The lamb and chicken were overcooked. The service was appallingly sloppy, our wine was just dumped on the table without being opened or checked. The décor is tacky. You really need to lift your game if you are going to survive.

10/10To be honest I'am a foodie person, once you try food at pasargad restaurant you'll love it. All keban cooked enough, juicy and tender we enjoyed everything we ordered such as starter,main and desert. The service was excellent the entire staff worked seamlessly together to creat a fantastic night for us.

4.5/10Despite booking far in advance on arrival was kept waiting.No one acknowledged us had to call a waiter over who did not ask whether we had a booking.We had requested a window seat but was seated right next to the open kitchen.The only good point was that waitress efficient.The food was of a poor standard that did not compare with the Persian restaurants in Hove and Lewes..Was very disappointed.

10/10For a new restaurant the service was very friendly and the food excellent. We had the set meal for 2, it was delicious and great value. My wife and I thought that the dolmas were the best we have ever had. We definitely will be back.
