Was looking forward to this meal and all was well to start. The ambiance was nice and staff were friendly and helpful. We did the 5 course menu for dinner and felt that every course was lackluster and disappointing. The presentation was done well but the bites themselves had very little flavor. When you spend $98 a person on the 5 course tasting menu and more on the 7, the food just did not match the price tag. I don’t want to rip on it too much because all the staff were great but the food itself does not come close to meeting even reasonable expectations.

Michelin star restaurant that lived up to their rating! Increable! Superb! Tres magnifique! Beautiful, creative, elegant and delicious pairings. Very kind and attentive servers and enjoyed chatting with the Sommelier! Worth every penny. (Only concern & suggestion is the air conditioning system was not adequate for such a warm spring nite. Restaurant was very warm and stuffy.Hope that can be fixed before extreme summer months.)

Food was super underwhelming: textures were off, some dishes lacked flavor. Expensive considering we did not enjoy the food. Halfway through we just wanted to get through the courses and leave. Service was nice, food disappointing.

Perhaps the most incredible eating experience I have ever had in Paris. Presentation unmatched. Every bite was meticulously curated. Just a fabulous sensation with every morsel. Outstanding!

Very good restaurant. Food excellent. The sommelier was good, but when the regular waiter took over the wine service the level of professionality fell somewhat. Not optimal for a Michelin level restaurant. Would though highly recommend the place.

This is a fantastic restaurant. They cook wonderful ingredients in a thoughtful way. However, when booking we selected the lunch menu on purpose. Specifically we chose the 5 course set menu. Upon arrival we were told after we were seated and ordered a bottle of wine that instead they only had the 7 course set menu available. Aside from the sticker price shock, I personally don’t think what we ate was worth the 400 EUR. During our tour of various Michelin starred restaurants, we have seen and tasted much better. Thematically, they centred around the sea. However there is more to the sea than the salt. I hate to quote the film “burnt” but, whatever happened to butter? The amuse lacked confidence, and felt experimental at best. Overall, a good experience but definitely left me wanting. It would be difficult to visit this restaurant again with the depth of choice available in Paris.

We love the decor! The service was great although difficult to understand our waiter at times but that isn’t their fault. The food was good but you must love seafood. The steak was our favorite part.

Lots of interesting dishes, but the meal lacked a storyline or a narrative. We had such long breaks between each dish ( often over 20 minutes) that we lost track of where in the menu we were and couldn’t follow the logic. The overall impression was a a disparate collection of individual ideas missing an overall red thread. Slightly fewer dishes and less waiting time between small mouthfuls of one or two bites would have made all the difference.

A superb 60th birthday celebration. Highly recommended and pre-booked in the UK before flying to Paris. Absolutely fantastic service, ambience and of course the food as one would expect from a Michelin ⭐ restaurant.
