A Cervejaria da Esquina, deu lugar agora ao restaurante Peixaria da Esquina. Este conceito, já estava pensado à alguns anos nas mentes muito criativas de Vitor Sobral, Hugo Nascimento e Luís Espadana. O restaurante ganhou uma vida nova, trazendo alguns clássicos da Cervejaria da Esquina, unindo num só lugar o melhor dos mariscos e peixes. A aposta forte é o peixe e o marisco, com os marinados e as curas, dando aos clientes o melhor peixe do mundo cheio de frescura e qualidade.

O Chef Vítor Sobral é uma das maiores referências da gastronomia nacional, sendo conhecido pela sua forma única de criar e recriar pratos tradicionais portugueses. Nascido na margem sul do rio Tejo tem dois espaços próprios: a Tasca da Esquina e Peixaria da Esquina. Recebeu o grau de comendador da Ordem do Infante D. Henrique, é Chef consultor gastronómico em marcas de renome além de dar formação e editar livros.

We had a great experience at the restaurant. Top quality food and top quality service. Exceeded our expectations. Make sure to try the octopus carpaccio, never had an octopus this fine and delicious.

Menu too complex. Fish soup has no fish broth (vegetable broth). Octopus carpaccio dry. Also overpriced. Substantially disappointing.

Had 5 dishes, fish soup and tomatoes were amazing. Tuna tartar was solid. The cod curry was really nice but the fish was over salted. The chocolate mousse was way too heavy and sweet. Overall good experience and with some more attention to details it will be an amazing place.

We were traveling around Portugal for over a month and found this restaurant to be one of the very best in every way. Put it on your "do not miss" list!
Except for the fly ( the insect) that insisted to be flying around our heads and food for great part of the meal, - without any effort from the staff to get rid of it -, everything else was very good.
Food was so fresh and excellent! We did not have the grilled fresh fish (sold by the kilo) as we had had a big lunch. Instead we chose the octopus carpaccio, two ceviche plates and the Bulhao clams, followed by a single serving of caramel pie for dessert. Original and delicious. Highly recommended.
The food in this place is wonderful. Seafood is extremely fresh and the flavors are delicate, intricate, and unique. Definitely try this tapas place, nothing you eat will disappoint

From the moment we walked in Staff was welcoming .Our Server explained every dish and recommended perfect Dishes, the Sommelier was knowledgeable and suggestions outstanding. It was my husbands birthday and the Port treat nice. Must have Octopus carpaccio! Will return
