Had an absolutely flawless chefs tasting. It was probably one of the best meals of my life. All of the details were executed by the front of the house and the food was beautiful and tasty.

Great restaurant located inside the grand Hyatt right by the Duomo. Food quality was exceptional and extremely good value. The tasting menu was 120 EUR when we went and listed as a “5 course” menu. In actuality it was close to 10 courses - which included complimentary dishes from the chef. Would highly recommend to anyone

We came to the restaurant with high expectations from the new chef Guido Paternollo Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. We returned the kitchen the main dish which was ment to be veal in peanut butter but we received very old veal with only fat ( if ur was veal at all). We don't think we can recommend this restaurant.

Grande ! What a great experience, from the welcome through the service and the place, everything is in place to make your moment exceptional and enjoy every dish. Some highlights: fried artichoke or the turbot. You should definitely try this great place !

Una cena eccezionale per quattro persone. L'intero staff è davvero superbo. Lo chef e la sua cucina sono maestri della loro arte e, per merito dello chef, quando ha visitato il nostro tavolo, ha elogiato rapidamente e con grazia tutta la sua squadra. Il capo cameriere, il sommelier e tutti i membri del personale di servizio hanno elevato l'eccellenza della cucina con il loro servizio ben ritmato, coordinato, attento, impeccabile e non invadente. Infine, e non da ultimo, Francesca, la Guest Experience and Reservations Manager, è stata calorosa, ultra-efficiente e accogliente, dalla prima e-mail al check-in finale, per assicurarsi che la nostra esperienza fosse soddisfacente. An exceptional dinner for four. The entire staff is genuinely superb. The Chef and his kitchen are masters of their art, and to Chef's credit, when he visited our table, he quickly and gracefully praised his whole team. The Head waiter, Sommelier, and every member of the waitstaff elevated the excellence of the kitchen with their well-paced, coordinated, attentive, flawlessly mannered, and unintrusive service. Finally, and not least, Francesca, the Guest Experience and Reservations Manager, was warm, ultra-efficient, and welcoming from her first email to her final check-in to ensure our experience was satisfactory.

We didn’t know the water and something like that was not free. If you notice us about that first, It would be nice. Our first experience was perfect. I hope we can meet again.

We were visiting Milan and having a business diner with 5 persons, and we were all taken by the quality, originality of the food and attention from the staff. Highly, highly recommended when you are looking for a culinary evening, restaurant for business dinner where you can't go wrong. Forget all restaurants in the galleria and go to this restaurant which is located in Hyatt hotel. We will definitely return.

We really enjoyed our dinner! The staff were warm and friendly and yet unobtrusive. We had the tasting menu and it was value for money, the staff also suggested a champagne which was a good choice. Will recommend this place absolutely!

Great, inventive food (incl. bread!) and very friendly service. Very good advice to choose from an impressive wine list. Price tag is high but the experience was worth it.

We enjoyed a variety of dishes that were full of surprises. Especially the risotto and the ravioli. I would eat at this restaurant again when I visit Milan. Even the drinks and sweets were wonderful.
