A wonderful restaurant with great views and an excellent staff. The choice of items on the menu was good and the food was well prepared. The service was excellent as well.
We chose the linguini lemon with chili and the pesto and both dishes didn’t had much flavor. For the price that we pay (even with the 30% discount) it’s definitely not worth it. The best was the desert, we pick the Ferrero Rocher and it was good indeed. Another thing is that after the main course, no one asked us if we wanted anything else. We sat waiting and waiting until we decided to ask it from someone. Overall and for the price tag, not a good experience.
The food was really good. Some of the entrees were a little small, some were normal sized. It was hard to get to attention if the staff to refill our water and wine and we finally asked to keep it on the table. Other than that everything was great.
The quality of the food was very good, the pasta dish was excellent but dessert did not arrive for over 45 minutes and as I was dining alone, I would have felt a member of the service team might have checked what I was waiting for. Once I called over a member of the team, they rushed the dessert out to me but no apology and it appeared on the bill. No offer of coffee or digestiv (which in a hotel of this quality I would have expected) so I just finished dessert and left. Food was very good but service could be improved.
Starter and dessert where good, but mail course (pizza) was very poor. I expect a lot more for a €20,- pizza.
We choose the Lisbon Restaurant week menu which was excellent.
It was very delicious, but to be perfect Charcuterie Itália could have been served with olives, pesto and a variation of home backed bread. And even topped with a slice or two of Italian cheese.

The adress is WRONG. Following the address mentioned here, you will be taken to an empty building somewhere in the forrest nearby. This should be updated urgently - the clarification should also include that this restaurant is actually in side the Ritz Carlton Hotel.

Good food, friendly staff but not focused enough. Busy with too many tables at the same time: things go wrong and you don’t feel 100% guest...
Me and my Familie went to diner at IL Mercator, a nice Welcome. And a Dutch waiter, Maud van der Plas, she did a amazing job. Help us with everything. Pointed us to the nices dishes on the menu, so we had a fantastic dinner. Thank you guys for everything!!
Very quiet in December. Restaurant had moved to another location - still OK but we probably should have picked somewhere with more activity!

The food was overpriced for mediocre quality. Presentation of food was nice but this was about it. The service was friendly. Classical hotel food - we didn't return despite staying in the hotel.
