The food is always exceptional and the service is attentive and excellent! We enjoyed dinner last night My husband ordered the spinner crab spaghettini and I enjoyed a steak. Highly recommend the food is sensational and you will not be disappointed!

This restaurant was recommended to us and we decided to have lunch. The service was very prompt and all the staff friendly making us feel very welcome. The customers around us picked up on the casual ambience and joined in happy conversation. We ordered a risotto and I would have liked mine to have been a bit more spicy and my companion thought a little more lemon in the seafood would have made the disk perfect. But overall, we enjoyed restaurant and will be back.

Unfortunately the mussel in white wine sauce was not at all tasty and infact I left half of it. Sauce just lacked flvour, tried condiments but just had no intrinsic flavour. However i have been many times to Periwinkle and have always had a great meal and I will go back again, just must have been a bad batch

This is our favourte restaurant even though we live in Upper Caboolture. We have been for lunch several times now and have enjoyed our meals and the service each time. Different menu yesterday so missed my favourite Gnocchi. The portion size of the steak and Frittes was huge - half of the serve would have been plenty.The size of the meals usually suits us perfectly and they have always been delicious. We appreciated the special effort made yesterday for my sister's birthday, when the chef provided a mini Creme Brulee with sparkler. Thank you Periwinkle staff.

Casual dining gone classy & well. Indoor / Outdoor on the square gives a casual feel to the place but the food was lovely, service great & atmosphere busy but manageable. Will definitely be returning to dine here again. We had a lovely evening.

Food was very good to excellent. Service was good but very busy. Ambience was not good. We had been looking forward to going to periwinkle for about twelve months now. We finally made a booking to suprise my wife. Our seat was unfortunately next to the till. While eating our meal we had people coming up to pay bumping their behinds into our table continuously. Our experience I’m sure would have been much better if we were seated else where. There were spare tables in better locations. We should have asked to move.

The staff need to be trained properly . That is, not to lean across the table in front of other guests to either deliver a meal or take away a plate. Generally, not to a sufficient standard.

Absolutely fabulous restaurant. I would say one of the best souffle and confit duck I've ever had. And the service was friendly and impeccable. I went back the next night fir another dinner!
