Lucàl scuprìi de pòcch, cüsina brianzœula. Ul carèll l'è 'n pàss ubligàa : lèngua in salsa vèrda, testina, cazzœula, ròst, brasàa, e via amòo. Se vègn fœu pièe e sudisfàa. Cartà di vègn cunt almenu 'na centèna de nòmm, dai famùss ai scugnusüü. Püra tradiziòm senza tròpp menàtt. Giò ul cappèll ????
