The dish quality is excellent. However, what is somewhat strange is that when taking the seasonal menu (6 courses), expect to receive the courses at the same time (we received three of the six courses at the same time) and at extremely short intervals (waiters took empty plates and directly brought the next course). Our 6-course meal was finished in one hour.

This restaurant was fantastic. Highly recommend the foie gras, bone marrow and suckling pig. The ONLY negative part of our experience was that we had to wait 45 minutes and ask three times for the check at the end. I had read other reviews that cautioned the same thing - which I thought was odd- but it happened to us too Everything else (price, cuisine, service, ambiance) was excellent.

We had high expectations which were not matched by our experience. When we arrived it took several minutes before we were welcomed. The restaurant was busy. We were taken to a small room where an American family was dining. Their conversation was so loud that we had raise our own voice to be able to talk to each other. We were given a wine list which was so extensive that it looked like a bible. Very pretentious. We were there to enjoy a good meal in a quiet atmosphere. We were not interested in an exclusive wine arrangement.
The serving staff seemed disappointed that we were not choosing the more expensive dishes on the menu. I chose veal fricassee and was disappointed in the size of the portion and its unattractive presentation. Mynwife was satisfied with the tuna steak and I enjoyed the dessert. We did not feel that we had received value for money when we got the bill.

An upmarket local restaurant with all the trimmings. Staff was very attentive and went out of their way to be helpful. Had two taste teasers - deep fried pork cheek and shrimp croquettes. Both exceptional. Bread with tomatoes was wafer thin hard toast. Not great. The rest of the food was excellent with the exception of one dish. When the bill came there was a cover charge of 4.5 Euro each for unsolicited bread! At these prices it was very irritating. We pointed out that one dish had been well below par and we had been unable to finish it (meat dry and tasteless). When the bill came back it had been totally removed. A really great restaurant - when the food was good it was exceptional and the two irritations would not stop us recommending this for a quality meal.

The food and service were top notch. There was an overall energy that felt less welcoming if you were not Spanish or male. Make sure to communicate clearly as much can be presumed. We did not ask for bread service and it was brought to us and charged on our bill. Perhaps this is the custom. Not very honest. When I asked to take the bread home ( it was delicious), they brought us a cheese plate (?). Thankfully they took this off the bill. Very strange. Also the dish that was suggested as a signature dish ( seafood rice) was overly salty. We were told this was the sea cucumber. But overall the food was delicious and the service was professional.

An amazing experience. The food was delicious and of perfect quality. The service did not disappoint either - everyone was very endeavored.
Of course a restaurant of this experience has its price so I recommend the restaurant for a special occasion.

I booked a meal for my Mum and I to celebrate Mother's Day and we couldn't have been more delighted with the whole dining experience. Attentive, impeccable service. Divine food, atmospher and wine. We loved it and would definitely recommend. My only one small criticism would be I ordered el pollo del corral, delicious but it came with chips and no vegetables or salad. A side dish of something green and fresh would have made it perfect. Otherwise we couldn't fault a wonderful experience and one to save in the memory bank. Thank you Nandu and your team.
