10/10Incredible food and great service, strongly recommend! Host is super friendly multilingual guy, mussels in white vine sauce just over the top, tomato soup also was delicious.

8/10Had mussels in beer sauce & the mussels linguine. Great intro to mussels in Belgium for us. tasted great and the fries were done to perfection. Not the really thin McD type stripes. They were non-greasy, crispy on the outside and just like proper triple cooked chips. Highly recommended.

10/10Small restaurant but top-ranking mussel dishes. It's the best dining experience. Waiter, bartender and chef seem to be the same person and he's quite busy.

10/10My Belgian friend and I (USA) enjoyed a hot hot summer evening at the coveted window at Petit Maxim's - which I would say is the best seat in the house. We had the Truffle Cream Mussels and the Croquettes de Crevettes. This also came with some lovely brioche bread, and a little tapa of their asparagus soup. Everything, from the food to the view to the beer pairing, was spectacular.

10/10Lovely place with great food! If you get to sit at the window this place makes you feel like you're in Paris. The beef stew menu is great and the owner, who's throwing the entire place by himself, is very capable and makes a great host. On top of that the place is affordable!

8/10This restaurant offer a great asparagus soup, one of the best I ever eat! Mussels were really tasty but the french fries wasn't that good, for a Belgium restaurant and the portion was also very small...

10/10Top local food especially mussels in white wine sauce and truffle sauce, and tender Flemish beef stew. Definitely I can recommend this place for everyone. Better book the table before.

10/10Cosy, little restaurant in the heart of Bruge - I was greeted upon entering and straightforward directed to my table. The mussels with white wine sauce were very good and a large portion, accompanied by fries and a small asparagus soup as amuse gueule. I really liked the atmosphere and the food and would definitely go again!

10/10The best place in Brugge, thanks for the chef Danylo and his wife for great service. The food was amazing and delicious, I had beef stew and asparagus soup from special menu, and it was best beef in my life. Definitely I will recommend this place. And by the way tour guide told me that here they serve best mussels in town but I don’t like mussels I’m allergic. But I believe that everything is perfect here.

9.5/10They did not have our reservation but we were offered the two seats by the front windows. The food was excellent, made with care. Flemish stew and seafood pasta were both delicious. Highly recommended!

8/10Discovered on The Fork, a small and comfortable restaurant suitable for couple dinners. Traditional Belgian cuisine, few dishes but well made. Very good is the white asparagus soup and the mussels, which surely taste of the sea. The suction hoods could work better, you come out with an unpleasant smell on your clothes.

10/10Excellent position in Bruges and individual tables for dining unlike most bench style eating in the city. Great food and service! Asparagus soup was particularly good.

7.5/10Food was good and decent value for money. On the night we attended there seemed to be confusion about whether it was all a set menu or whether a la carte was also available. Mussels are not listed on the menu but are available in several different preparations “according to the sign out front”; we were advised after we had placed our food order that “the white wine is finished “ and thus not available. Several other tables got this news, but then Chardonnay was offered by the glass. Odd. These small things are a bit frustrating and could be communicated more succinctly with less stress for both the service staff and the clients. Overall good but not exceptional.

9.5/10What a great restaurant. The food was fresh and very well prepared. Generous portion sizes, friendly service and good value. The wine list was also a good balance between choice, quality and value.

10/10Food was delicious, beautifully presented and very reasonably priced for the set menu. Chef was also front of house and very friendly. Restaurant makes the most of the lovely views with open window seating. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Bruges!
