The building is beautiful but the food isn’t up to the standards you could expect given the cost of each dish. The wine list is extensive but extremely pricey. My main course accompaniment arrived almost cold, the pasta dishes we ordered were not very tasty. The service was okay but our waitress had poor manners and the whole experience was very disappointing. We won’t be going back despite the potentially excellent experience as far as the architectural environment is concerned.

Not as good as expected Atmosphere and food did not justify the price at all. The service was quick but the food was quite expensive and was full of oil and not tasty.

Ordered pasta with truffles. Then ended up having to pay c£10 extra for truffle shavings that were served without any hint or explanation that these cost extra. We had a very clear and elaborate explanation after the fact, when we queried the bill, but this was a mis-sale. A real shame, the food and the atmosphere in the restaurant is nice, but would not recommend to others.

This is a marvellous Italian restaurant down the street from The Bank. I went with family including our son’s Italian partner who pronounced it the best Italian restaurant she had been to in 8 years in London - high praise indeed !

Absolutely loved this place! Very attentive and intuitive service and very good food. Probably the best meal we’ve had in London after being here nearly two weeks. If you have a chance to look around, check out the upstairs; really very pretty space.
