We came to the Piazza Sicilia twice in our week long stay in Lisbon in September 2022 and both agreed we would return on our 2023 trip. Michele & his team didn’t disappoint! From the Parmegiana di berinjela and the Pork Lombinhos, stuffed veal roll and Cannoli for dessert, all of the food was out of this world & 5 Stars We will be back - Thank you Michele Kevin & Pedro

Loved this Italian restaurant! Very easy to find from the Hotel Avenida Palace, service was excellent, food was to quality, and the cost was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend this establishment.

Charming atmosphere with a personal attentiveness. Very high quality food and the service, specifically Monica, was outstanding! She genuinely cared about my experience, and I could see she did the same with everybody else. A wonderful gift to make everybody feel so welcome. Thank you Monica!

The food was very fresh and good and the wait staff were very attentive and friendly. However, the room was stuffy and depressing, there was no atmosphere. We didn’t get a fun and festive “dining out” in Lisbon experience.

My husband and I live in Philadelphia which has a great food scene - we thought this was the BEST meal we had in Lisbon including meals at Michelin star restaurants!!!! The food was SPECTACULAR and everything else was excellent as well - and we LOVED the aesthetic!!!!!

The food was underwhelming considering the price. The bread was good. The main course was risotto with giant shrimp and dessert was tiramisu. Both were below average. The service was ok but they didn't speak Portuguese enough to explain the dishes properly. It was a 49€ experience por pearson and it was not worthy.

Apesar de vazio, a excelência dos pratos experimentados colmatou a falta de 'ambiente'. Definitivamente uma experiência a repetir, pois a cidade carece de restaurantes italianos com este nível de qualidade

This Italian restaurant is a real gem! Food was fresh and delicious. The waitstaff were helpful in menu selections and service. The Sicilian chef has prepared a memorable meal for us. His homemade focaccia and pastas will make you smile. Go!

Exquisite Sicilian dining experience. The chef, Michele, is a master at expressing the delicate tastes of his native island. The dishes are presented with style but without a hint of snobbery. Exactly this is where Michele’s restaurant shines: his passion and craftsmanship are reflected in the exquisite tastes of his dishes while maintaining a humble and relaxed atmosphere. Osteria Piazza Sicilia is a must-visit while in Lisbon and the Spaghetti al Nero di Seppia (Squid Ink Spaghetti) are a must-eat. Grazie Michele for the great evening and I am looking forward to visit again the next time I’m in Lisbon.

Our experience couldn’t have been better!!! Monica and chef were spectacular!! The meal was far beyond our expectations. We weee celebrating a birthday-so we wanted it to be special-above and beyond special. Staff was gracious and attentive. The food was AMAZING!! The selection made it hard to pick just one thing-fortunately we all like to share!!!! I would go back again and again. Charming and personal. Couldn’t have picked a better spot in all of Lisbon!!
