Amazing, all around. 5 stars for the food, service, and atmosphere. Each dish had its place and the taste was distinct and memorable. My husband and I have tried a couple of Michelin star restaurants in the last year and this may have very well been our favorite.

It was a disappointment. The food was good, but not excellent. The wine pairing was extremely expensive. We only got 4 wines with 5 courses, so one dish was without drink. The wines were really small glasses. It was 4 small glasses of wine for €70,- per person. And the wines were not even really good. The atmosphere was not special, the lights were really bad.

Service started off slow but it was only because they needed an English speaking staff. The rest of the service and meal was fantastic. Talented chef with the knowledge of knowing how to put unusual flavors together.

Food was outstanding- inventive, fresh and delicious! We were less impressed with the service, having arrived for an 8:30 reservation, and left at 11:30. There was too much waiting between courses. Our table was upstairs, and we felt a bit neglected. These small negatives should not take away from what was a truly memorable meal, and we would recommend to friends who come to Paris. The restaurant staff just needs to pay a bit more attention to timing and their guests.

We loved the ambiance, service and quality of the food at this cute restaurant. The textures and flavor of the food were very creative and inventive. We also had a good experience with the staff and enjoyed the unpretentious fine dining environment.

Overall the meal, service and atmosphere was excellent. The Amuse Bouche was mind blowing. The 1st course really was exceptional. 2nd course was interesting and pleasant to eat. The 3rd course had a superb taste but some pieces of the meat were tough, which was unfortunate. The cheese was reallly good. Pre desert and desert were interesting, but not really to my pallet. It was a stunning evening and well worth a visit.

Excellent food. Excellent service and wise selection of wines. We were well received and the place is clean and full of light. I will come back for sure, and will stay longer to enjoy the 6-laps menu.

Our family enjoyed our Thanksgiving lunch/dinner at Pilgrim while visiting Paris, and it was perfect. We were bit intimidated walking in, because we were tourists with children and not dressed as well as we might have hoped, but the staff instantly made us feel welcome. The food was outstanding and the meal was memorable -- thank you so much.

Service was attentive, presentation was good, and the food was amazing. The Chef was accommodating when i told them i don't eat seafood. In France, they have a different definition of seafood since it doesn't include fish. My definition of seafood includes fish, so for the fish dishes, they gave me something else. We ate the dinner tasting menu and we were both full at the end of the meal. It looks like they only have one customer a night for each table since it took about 2 1/2 hours from start to finish. We got there when it opened and finished at about 10pm.

My lunch at Pilgrim was perfection. Imaginative three course lunch with champagne apertif and dessert wine pairing was a highly enjoyable experience. Will have to return for a dinner seating.

Service from beginning to end was perfect. All of the staff were warm and welcoming from the minute we walked in. Food was amazing. Every course was so innovative and absolutely delicious. Such a fantastic experience!

Food was really good and service was exceptional. I had to shorten my lunch in order to rush to airport early due to road closure / protest. The team managed to have me enjoy the pace of lunch and finished in 1 hour . Thank you.

It was nice lunch in Pilgrim for me, the chef exécutif Terumitsu Saito is bring Japanese favorites to dishes in delicate way. Nice Japanese and French fusion food they served, very beautiful presentation. Open kitchen gave me more good atmosphere to enjoy my lunch. Would like to go again for dinner.
