Scopro questo locale girovagando su the fork. Ottimamente posizionato, con un dehor esterno curato. L'interno si presenta moderno, pulito e ben tenuto. Servizio giovane ma cortese. Passiamo al piatto che da il nome al locale: la tipica pinsa romana. Impasto soffice e ben cotto condito con ingredienti di buona qualità, birra nella norma. Da prova le polpettine cacio e pepe. Sconto the fork correttamente applicato. Ci tornerò con piacere

Best pizza in my whole life. Who knew pumpkin blossom was a pizza choice? Plus lemonchello terimesu out of this world. Great service as well. Reasonable.

Delicious food. My wife and I went for dinner both nights we were in monopoli. The only downside is that the food is served in those cardboard disposable trays. While cutting your food you can see the cardboard plate being torn and you have to be careful not to eat a piece of it with your food. Again not a big deal, especially if you eat with your hands

A very good evening spent at Pinsotti even if the stormy weather made everyone rush inside. The team has been really attentive and took the time to explain the nitty gritties of the menu. In addition they have been very helpful especially in choosing the wine. It was fabulous. A good dinner experience for a very affordable cost.
