10/10Friendly staff, quick and easy service and great tasting Pizzas. After spending a few days in Porto and indulging in local dishes at other restaurants we fancied something different. The pizzas here were light and delicious, would definitely recommend

5.5/10Pretty soulless experience. Food was pretty good but no ambience and the whole tablet ordering experience is pretty sad. If I want to feel like I am ordering off Uber Eats App I would have stayed at home

8/10This was a nice restaurant to grab a pizza, calzone, and drink. Staff was nice and efficient. The calzone crust is not the American version, it is thinner and not nearly as filling…which was great. Would recommend.

10/10Found this restaurant on Trip Advisor. The ease of ordering what you want and when you want on their iPads is a brilliant way to order your drinks and food! Made a reservation online which also helps when you’re travelling in a country where you don’t speak their language. Food and service were awesome!

4.5/10My wife and I were found the restaurant looking for a meal with Gluten Free options. She was excited and looking forward to a gluten free pizza. Well they do not have a gluten free pizza! The gluten free option is the salad :( Mot what we were looking forward to. The hands off iPad type ordering system may work ok but we like to speak with our waiter to get a feel for the restaurant. A good waiter can make a restaurant! We ordered a salad for her and a pizza for me. The pizza was cold and the salad did not come out as described.

8/10This wasn’t quite your traditional pizza place. Ordering was done on a tablet so not much code for adjustments. Food came quickly. Quality was good not outstanding. Prices were average.

3.5/10The food was average and overpriced. Considering the quantity of waiting staff, the service felt rushed and rude. We have had some incredible meals in Porto but this was not one of them, I would not recommend eating here.

10/10My wife and I just got back from a spur-of-the-moment decision to have pizza at Pizzaria Luzzo rather than a fancy dinner somewhere else. What an inspired decision! From the second we entered to the moment we left (literally) the warm, humorous, and inviting host (whose name we sadly did not ask for) treated us as if we were the only ones there (we weren’t; it was filled). The table we reserved just an hour earlier was properly reserved and we were promptly escorted to it. The host explained in clear efficient detail how to order on the multilingual tablet; it was easy and kind of fun. I had the Lusitania with Neapolitan style crust and my wife had the Gamberetti. Both exceeded expectations. Ignore the complaints some had about the crust—it was perfect. Thin and crispy. Frankly, probably the best thin-crust we have ever had. The toppings were fresh and harmonized together. And we really like the very slight browning of the cheese, which added more flavor. I must also mention the cook (?) who also came to our table to ask how we liked our meal and to offer us piri-piri oil to drizzle. We l enjoyed chatting with both. Oh, and the beverage server brought our beer and wine within a minute or two from when we submitted the order. All three wished us a pleasant evening as we left. A+ service and food all around! No exaggeration.
