It has never taken me as long to eat such a mediocre meal. The staff seemed to be overwhelmed by a particularly large table to the detriment of all other diners. The meat course which was served pink was so tough I could not finish it . Having to pick your knives to cut the tough pork dish was a complete and utter waste of time. It is not a place I could ever see myself returning to or recommending to a friend. I often rely on Michelin guide recommendations when choosing places to eat when travelling by this is the first time I was sorely disappointed and would wonder if they even deserve their accreditation.

Fabulous lunch today. We eat in Michelin starred restaurants all over the world. Why doesn’t Plano have a star? They deserve it.

Our experience at Plano was amazing! We did the 6 course dinner with wine pairings. Each dish was delicious and unique, while the wine pairings complemented the flavors. I would highly recommend going here if you get the chance.

The feeling at the beginning was good, the appetizers were very exquisite and great.but when it came to the main course, it was not satisfactory. The most outrageous thing was that the beef could not be cut with a knife. We gave up completely. The chef of the restaurant didn’t apologise for it.

The food was excellent in the 9 course tasting menu. I just wish I'd known how to pace myself! Everything about the restaurant was pretty much perfect including the lovely simple decor, the low noise level, and the impeccable service from the server and the sommelier. The price was probably half of what I'd pay in New York. Go, it's a great opportunity to have a tasting menu if you have not done so.

Was here for my boyfriend’s birthday dinner. We got the long menu with wine pairing. Amazing regional and fresh food, and the wine pairings are original, local, and very well thought out. Really generous pourings for the wines as well! Portion sizes are rather generous and you won’t leave hungry. They even prepared a special cake at the end of the meal (which we had to take away because we were too full). Slightly understaffed the evening we went, so the wait time between courses was quite long and we ended up being in the restaurant for over 4 hours for the 9-course menu, was really sleepy by the end of it (both because it was getting quite late and the alcohol). 10/10 would recommend!

Overall it was a good experience, the pickles are original and there were some good representation of portuguese cuisine. The main point for improvement is about the meat that had quite a lot of nerves.

The ambiance, service, and attention to the little details was impeccable. We loved some of the dishes and didn’t like others. Very creative and inventive dishes but some of the flavors were not a hit. Overall, a beautiful lunch and experience.
