the menu we had was a real "POEMAS"! We will come back for sure! For the aperitif we were recommended to try a Vermouth del Professore. Excellent choice. The service was very attentive. Great experience!

The restauurant wrote me a mail and said that they could cancel the reservation if I dont confirm. What would have happend if I dont read my mails that day? This is not the correct way to treat customers. There was no printed menu, only one tablet for 2 persons. Not comfortable for the guest. The food and teh wine were excellent. One star is ok.

Our welcome on arrival was perfect. The setting and ambience was really good. We had the tasting menu and wine flight of local wines. The food was simply superb; beautifully cooked and presented. We loved every element and can honestly say that it is one of the best meals we have had at a Michelin starred restaurant. Can highly recommed to any "foodies". Full marks to everyone involved in the kitchen and front of house. We are staying at the wonderful Hotel Santa Catalina Hotel for 11 nights and will definitely eat again at this fabulous restaurant.

The restaurant was very friendly, the staff are obviously passionate about the food and wine and do a lot to ensure their guests are happy. I absolutely adored the black pudding amuse-bouche.

Last night we had an excellent dinner at Poemas by Hermanos Padrón: has a Michelin star and we didn’t even have to leave the hotel. It was amazing(13 very small courses)My compliments. The staff were very dedicated en friendly. We will definitely come again when we visit Las Palmas.

This restaurant is beautiful. The service was impeccable, the food was absolutely delicious albeit some courses were interesting! But that's to be expected as we opted for the Tasting Menu. We gave them last minute dietary requirements and they quickly, seamlessly managed to adapt the menu accordingly and even provide individual print outs of our tasting menu. I would definitely recommend giving Poemas a visit.

Elegant restaurant which, at times, seems to be trying too hard and achieving too little. We had to ask trice for the menu and wine list (only one for two guest, and on a tablet rather than in paper),, as well as ask multiple times for the bread. For an place that wants to be fancy, it's a bad look. Some patrons seemed to just talk to the servers and to like being guided in their choices, but I personally prefer having a look at menus and prices. Also, inexplicably the restaurant serves no cocktails. Food quality is good but not excellent. Very good the eel starter, underwhelming the pigeon main (the rice was prepared with a reduction which was way too salty). Overall, not worth the asking price. I would consider it if it were 30% cheaper. Note that we dined a la carte, your experience may be different if you try the tasting menu, which consists of many little dishes and costs 120 euro per person. To that, add 70 or 120 euro more per person for the wine pairing.

An absolute top experience. Distinguished high quality food serviced in a top environment by enthusiastic and friendly people. Top wine pairing with creative presentation by great sommelier. We will definitely come back.
