Really great experience! Each meal was excellent and surprising (including the tomatoes, the best we ever had)! The service was great and careful. Last but not least, the petit four to conclude the diner were really great!

Overall, an excellent meal which was well judged and had some highlights of the elevated tomato dish and the lobster. Normal Michelin service, but we were disappointed when a dessert course was missed which we politely queried, and were told the kitchen was certain we had received. When challenged the dish arrived which we categorically had not been given. This should have been handled better, and left us with an uncomfortable feeling. Some very interesting Canarian wine pairings with the food, offering a different and challenging set of taste profiles.

Best of the 3 starred restaurants in Las Palmas. More classical cooking but all the better for it. Room a little austere. A little music started towards the end of the meal but could of been playing from the start.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Poemas By Hermanos Padrón, and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, with a cozy yet modern aesthetic that made me feel right at home. The service was exceptional. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations and making sure every detail was perfect throughout our meal. As for the food, it was nothing short of spectacular. Each dish was a masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. What really made the experience shine was the creativity behind the menu. It was clear that the chefs are passionate about what they do, blending unique ingredients in ways that delighted my taste buds. Overall, I can't recommend Poemas enough. Whether you're looking for a romantic night out, a celebratory meal, or simply a great dining experience, this place is a must-visit. I will definitely be back!

Very nice ambience and delicious food. Have been here several times. However, this time, service was not at the level. We wanted to share wine pairing, because none of us drinks more then a glass. They said ok, but it turned out, they wanted us to share the glass literally. Have never experienced anything like this in a Michelin star restaurant. It was shocking.

From the moment we arrived, thru the evening, the staff did everything possible to make the best experience for us. The menu was of course excelent and we had a great time tasting the results of the excelent chefs work. To many courses to describe in detail, but every dish was feast for both the mouth and the eyes. If you are in Las Palmas, I would recomend a night at Poemas.

We had such an amazing dinner! It was a true culinary adventure that included what I would call “edible art.” It was so fun anticipating what the amazing staff would bring out next! The flavors were outstanding and paired so well with the suggested Canarian wines. We are so happy we were able to eat here during our short time in Gran Canaria!
