Bistro à Champagne selon Karim HAIDAR


PointBulles se veut un lieu convivial où le champagne est désacralisé. Les champagnes sélectionnés (essentiellement de petits producteurs: Philippe Gonet, Coessens, Charles Legend...) sont servis à la coupe, en pichet ou en bouteille, nature ou en cocktail : Ne pas rater le Camille (mojito champagne et basilic) ou le babeth (gewurztraminer vendanges tardives, cognac et champagne).....


Pour accompagner les bulles, une sélection de produits de qualité: coquillages crus et cuits, poissons, légumes, volaille et charcuteries, fromages, à peine apprêtés, tout en finesse.... Couteaux à l’estragon, frites et mayonnaise à la truffe, tartare de daurade royale, palette de pata negra, brochette de caille à la pistache.....



Et pour les amateurs de coquillages et crustacés,la petite soeur, l'Ecume des Bulles a ouvert ses portes à quelques mètres de là.
