The food was great and the service very friendly. When we added a tip to the bill by card, the (I presume) owner made sure to take the money out of the till and put it in a jar for the servers. The market fish was delicious. There were vegetarian options but my vegetarian starter wasn’t as good as the fish main or my husband’s fish starter/meat main.

Very friendly service. Speak English:) Food is pretty good. Cosy atmosphere. Apparently many local guests. The place is not big, so booking in advance is advisable. .

We had a fabulous lunch, beautifully presented, and each course for the both of us was delicious. The St Emilion Grand Cru was amongst the best we’ve ever tasted. The way we were greeted and treated was excellent. This lunch was perfect in every way.

This is a very good restaurant, the service, food and ambience were all very good. The vegetarian option could be a bit more refined. The prices are reasonable for both food and wine. Would go again.

Indifferent service at best. Entrecôte was supposed to come with Camembert sauce but we received mustard instead with no explanation. Duck was over cooked and tough. Really disappointed as expected a great meal after reading reviews. Do not bother with this one

Vous êtes arrivés 15mn avant l’ouverture du restaurant et nous avons eu la gentillesse de vous accueillir alors que nous étions en train de dîner. Vous avez été installé près de la fenêtre comme vous l’aviez souhaité. Aurions nous dû vous dérouler le tapis rouge en plus ? Vous avez commandé une entrecôte de bœuf normand avec une patate au camembert. A aucun moment il n’a été question de sauce camembert, puisque nous n’en avons jamais eu. Nous l’accompagnons depuis 4 ans avec une moutarde maison et du sel de guerande. Pourtant vous parliez parfaitement le français. Pourquoi n’en avez vous pas parlé ? Je suis sidérée par ce commentaire destructeur alors qu’à la traditionnelle question : » tout s’est bien passé ? » vous avez eu l’hypocrisie de répondre « oui ! ».

Great little restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful team, who produce tasty and interesting food. We had Gravlax to start and then mains of duck and confit pork. I would definitely return.

A lucky find for us. The restaurant was full 10 minutes after opening. A small but varied menu with something for everyone. The food was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. Without doubt the friendly, attentive service and atmosphere took the restaurant to a higher level. I am looking forward to going back again.
