This was a gem of a restaurant. The staff were so friendly and attentive from start to finish. Food was delicious and great choices in tapas. Could not fault it. Amazing for both food and service. Definitely will be back.

Fab location with lovely view of the lit up fortifications over the beach. The restaurant had a good variety of tapas, but also had burgers and other main meals. The drinks were reasonably priced.

Absolute gem of a place. Right on the beach, amazing food (some of the best tapas we’ve had in Spain), excellent service and great value for quality of food. Don’t miss the prawns in red curry sauce!

The quality of the food was good - no doubt about that! The quantity, however, very very disappointing :-S this is not a Michelin star restaurant and people certainly expect bigger portions for their bucks - we literally left still hungry and had to go to another place to finish our meal accordingly. Not sure why Tripadvisor and/or Fork platforms would indicate this place as the best restaurant in Tossa de Mar :( Voting mechanisms need to be heavily revised!

Hemos estado hoy en familia aprovechando un día de visita a Tossa, esperando comer algo más del estilo de comida rápida. Optamos por la propuesta de tapas de Popa y ha sido una gran elección. Empezando por unas bravas especiales buenísimas, unos mejillones muy ricos y una recomendación de salmón marinado increíble. El servicio ha sido excelente y tanto Agustín como todo su equipo muy amables y atentos a cualquier petición. Además la ubicación y las vistas son inmejorables. Volveremos sin duda! GRACIAS!

Food was very greasy, but it was okay. Staff didn't speak english almost at all. They forgot one of our dishes and when we asked about it, they told us that they have brought it and we had to pay it twice.

Good fresh and original food, superb staff & a great location. Clear communication about the reservation. This restaurant has it all. Will definitely return.
