They could do a lot on the quality of the food (e.g., branzino carpaccio was just schreded fish on a pile of schreded lettuce, no seasoning, no bread or olive oil served with it; linguine were not al dente at all, but well cooked; they didn't put a bottle of Franciacorta on ice...)

Ristorante all'interno di un albergo, posto molto tranquillo e accogliente. abbiamo mangiato una polenta coi funghi porcini OTTIMA!! e un antipasto con bresaola tenerissima.

Qualitá del cibo molto buona e servizio impeccabile.. É stata una piacevole sorpresa, ci torneremo sicuramente. Un plauso al cameriere molto cordiale e professionale, sempre presente ma mai invadente.
