10/104th time in Porto and 4th visit to Praça 63. Their Francesinha is the best in the city. The service from Sumara and the rest of the staff makes every visit really enjoyable. Do not hesitate to visit them if you are in Porto and do not waste your time with a Francesinha elsewhere.

4/10Disappointing experience.. we had to chaise waiters to take our order, bring food, bring the bill.. Food quality very average and definitely overpriced. We ate octopus that came with 4 small potatoes, and just one octopus leg.. franchesinha also wasn’t good, sauce too thick and too much tomatoes.. Seemed staff cared only about tourists table, rather than locals who came to eat.. At the end, they didn’t apply fork discount (30%), had to ask for it, and then applied 13% instead of 30%.. it was my birthday dinner and got really disappointed 😞 This place seems more a tourist trap rather than a place to come for good food. Wouldn’t recommend it.. defined not forth 9+ reviews

6.5/10Had meal in august which was excellent and some of our party thought it was the best steak they’d ever had. This time we couldn’t get our knife through it! Decent size but tough to eat and needed more port wine sauce. Red cabbage needed five minutes longer cooking as well

6/10The atmosphere was very noisy, simply too much, and the staff didn´t feel in control (only three waiters to serve more than 20 tables). Our rump steak was way overcooked and we were not even asked how we wanted it cooked. Can definitely be improved.

9/10Lovely seating area outside and cosy interior. Service was very good, friendly and attentive. Food good although the octopus was over salted and a bit in the small side. The codfish with cornbread whilst very tasty again slightly in the small side. It looks large but there’s a large bone and this less meat than you’d perhaps expect. The croquettes and codfish cakes were lovely. Good value.
