Perfect place for a relaxed family lunch on Sunday. Original takes on traditional seafood dishes, for example oysters served with seaweed and radishes. Coffee served on the terrace overlooking the waves. Heavenly.

location wise is great, but the food selsctions is very few and nothing much facinated me,. Also, the very pricey for a simple dish. i think the dish and the price is not so worthy. just recommend for the location and just for cafe. I would suggest to improve the quality and reasonable price corresponding to the dish.

As a family visiting from England, our lunch at Praia da Luz was fantastic on all parts. The food was delicious, the setting is beautiful and the staff were amazing and so considerate of our young son who was dining with us. Would recommend to everyone!

A unique restaurant at a unique location with all ingredients for a great sunset dinner: nice terrace, good DJ, friendly service, great kitchen, great wine-list. Try the fried olives on the terrace combined with the homemade Sangria and the amazing dishes in the restaurant combined with the matching wines and you want to come back next day again to try out even more...

The location is outstanding, but it’s certainly matched by the food and the service. We had an unforgettable meal, and a long, lazy afternoon on the beautiful terrace, watching the sun go down and drinking cocktails. This place is very special.

Expensive but it was worth it

Expect: Great food (exceeded expectations), amazing views, friendly staff. Don’t expect: Upscale service (you’re not dining Michelin star). Surprisingly good, whilst not pretentious. Found this place to be of (way) better value for money than (pretentious, but outdated) DOP. Be sure to book the restaurant (upstairs), the more classy restaurant of Praia da Luz.

Suprisingly cool food, fantastic unbelievable view, very nice staff and easy to reach.. great.

Has to be the beat place to watch the sunset in Porto! If you need a break from seafood then try the black iberian pork plate; but you’ll need at least another person to help you finish as all plates are huge. The service was good but we did have to serve ourselves wine a few times as the waiter seemed to be busy with other tables. For us its not a big deal but for some this may be an issue. If you like a lounge setting with a few drinks while the DJ plays a little upbeat music, then head downstairs as the atmosphere is very uplifting.

Excellent food, stunning setting and great service.

You cannot beat the view - it’s spectacular! The food was very very good, but the service was profoundly slow.

Such a great place! Everything was perfect. The place is stunning. Food was great. An advice: try the grilled prawns. Delicious!
