4/10We could not find what we expected from pictures. Eventhough place is called as bistro, basically this is a hotel's restaurant placed in their reception. Ingredients were not good quality. Eventhough we booked it with Fork 50% off, we believe it is over priced since the food is only OK and you can have delicious and good quality food in Rome

Good evening We are sorry that your visit did not leave you with good memories of your experience at Prefetti19. Even more sorry that we did not learn of your less than optimal experience after asking if everything was agreeable. We would have immediately had her choose something else, perhaps more in line with her tastes. We, however, are not a hotel bistrot but a separate company. We are sorry to read that you did not appreciate our welcome and the simplicity with which we try to welcome each of our guests trying to make them feel most important in our home. If it would please you, we would be happy to welcome you back to try to change your opinion about us and our cuisine.

4/10Couldn’t believe the ratings on the fork site the pictures seemed fake as well since what we got was so far off from what we saw. Very dissatisfying and disappointed from the reviews which mislead us. Thank G they had 50% off… Otherwise would have been the most undervalued meal in Rome.

10/10Excellent restaurant with lovely staff. The food was exceptional we had lamb and salmon followed by tiramisu which was beautifully presented and tasted wonderful. Would definitely return here.

5.5/10Honestly saying the food quality need to improve, the lamp chop is oil fried and doesn’t have any taste, the red shrimp pasta has a strong fishy odor.

9/10The menu was very small but we found meals that we enjoyed. It’s a quaint spot that is a little quieter than the busy tourist areas. Food was good, just would have preferred more options. Definitely worth checking out

10/10The staff at the restaurant were friendly and attentive. The waiter had a detailed knowledge of the menu and was helpful in advising us about the food. The wine was amazing and the atmosphere was sophisticated and modern but relaxed. Meeting the chef was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend.
