Mes invitees venant de Hkg er Taiwan sont tres contente pour tout: la cuisine est exquise, le personnel aux petits soins. Je pense revenir la prochaine fois avec ma famille.
Very good restaurant , combination between excellent dishes and professional advices from staff have made our lunch so great. I would like to thank the Restaurant and the fork since Nikki, her boss and friend are happy after our friendly lunch

Had the tasting menu- some excellent dishes- foie gras, tomato salad, small bites. Desserts were a bit more challenging and the wine pairing was average for this level of establishment.

Food was very good. Service was not. We were offered an inferior table and told that other apparently available tables had been reserved. That turned out not to be true; preferable tables remained vacant throughout. Service personnel who purported to speak our language were not intelligible.

I had asked for a quiet table for lunch facing Lake Geneva. The manager called me in the morning to inform me there would be 2 groups of 8 but that they would do their best to let us have a quiet table. That was most kind and considerate. And he kept his promise. The food was delicious and creative as always. The pike was surprising: in the form of a "quenelle" with a crunchy layer on top. The only false note would be the fact that our main dishes waited, albeit a short wait, on a side table until such time as they could be served, after one group of 8 had been tended to. Otherwise, an excellent meal.

The food was really lovely - typical of what u expect from a fine dining restaurant. Very tiny with a punch of flavour. We had the 6 course degustation with wine pairing. Unfortunately for me, none of the wines were really to my taste, after saying no 5 times to a wine I felt I had to say yes to the next, but I still couldn't drink my final wine. My friend however loved all his wines. I really loved the potato cappuccino and would have loved more! It ended up being about $250 AUD, and I did leave hungry.....so that's a bit sad but that is somewhat to be expected I guess from a place like this.

I enjoyed the experience - I got to chose the colour of my knife!?

I booked our table 10 days before our arrival and when we arrived they showed us a very tiny table next to the service door. A couple arrived 15 minutes later than us and asked for a table without having any reservation at all. They are seated to a bigger table, next to the large windows. So you do not need to bother yourselves to make a reservation for this restaurant, just walk in and select the best table! The food was okay, not thing exceptional. While we were seated next to the service door, it was very noisy and people in the kitchen were speaking loudly with each other plus the noise of the dishes were a bonus! Lastly, I asked twice for a glass of water. At my second order, after waiting for 15 minutes for a glass of water, our waiter just told us that our water bottle was finished!!!! Luckily, the supordinate interfered and I finally got my glass of water.
The price we payed for two people for this was about 400 CHF, which was highly expensive according to what we got and how we were treated.

Enjoyed a very nice evening here, but was disappointed by the dishes. Excellent quality, but not worth the 1 Michelin star. Amazing cheese selection (which does not require a chef) and wine list.

Fine Dining, impeccable service, and dishes by a Michelin Star Chef.
Wine selection first class. Tasting Menu is an adventure into the mind
of Chef Michael Roth who introduced himself near the end of the meal.
