Bar Staff really helpful. Booked here especially for the good choice of vegan options, as seen on your website, unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed that you had basic salad, beyond burger for those who aren't real vegans and samosa. Poor options, we had to leave after a 13 hour journey to arrive to our destination!

Really interesting menu options. I loved the soft shelled crab curry. It was delicious! Oysters were a little too salty. My friend loved the fish! Very smokey and crispy skin. The ambiance was really nice. The servers were also really pleasant.

Very nice interiors and ambience, spacious, nice music and not too noisy. Service is great and attentive. Negative note on the food: the starters where absolutely tasteless and cold as they had been taken out of the fridge. We had picanha and that one was good. Overly expensive for what it offers. Cocktails…expensive, good but nothing special, they come in small half-filled glasses with lots of ice. After two sips you’re already done… I wouldn’t recommend the place it if it wouldn’t be just for drinks (but avoiding cocktails) and for the ambience and the nice service.

We had a wonderful meal and evening for my husband’s big birthday with family. The food, drinks and atmosphere were was great, but best of all were the lovely, welcoming and well informed staff who were wonderful. They made a special occasion even more special and we would definitely return.

Had dinner with my parents and partner for his birthday and we had an amazing evening. From the kindness of staff, to delicious cocktails and mouthwatering food, we enjoyed every second of it. Atmosphere is cosy with a direct view on the canal and plenty of small Dutch design winks. Highly recommend!

Fabulous ambiance and great service. Cocktails and the food was delicious. They call themselves 'Barstro' where you can have a great bar experience with very good food. Unpretentious but very polished atmosphere with regular Amsterdam prices.

Really loved the ambience and vibe of this restaurant. Service was great and staff very friendly. Cocktails were the best I have tried yet in Amsterdam!! Food was very tasty and the waiters catered to my needs as I have allergies. Will definitely go back!!
