4/10We found this restaurant through an instagram food influencer. The food was good, we ordered few dishes but they was rushing the courses, taking the plate when we didn’t finish, they really made us feel like we had to go because they wanted to go home, their overall attitude was very bad and pushy. They kicked us out at the end even though we had some wine left. Very bad service and atmosphere overall, I would not recommend it.

2/10Terrible evening, couldn’t recommend a single thing. Off the scale slow staff, poor pasta, bad food combinations, poor menu descriptions. Adjectives for the food - greasy, cold, badly cooked, didn’t go together. Staff were slow, didn’t take orders for way way longer than is ok, felt ignored. The whole eve was a bust. Overpriced, we didn’t eat 80% of it but not one staff member questioned that. They simply don’t care. Would not recommend anyone to this place.

10/10Proloco was a great experience. Owner was super nice and helped us select a range of items for dinner. Local cheese plate was interesting with five Lazio cheeses oh different ages. The fried and then baked pizza had great chew and a nice crumb. A very happy spot.

5/10We were parked in the room in basement with no natural light (because we booked with thefork.com ?) Service was pleasant if not particularly quick, we were not told Pizza were not available at lunch up to the moment we started ordering pizzas... The atmosphere of the room is really awkward, food good, price expensive for Rome

10/10A different place to go(ie no cokes) Food was very good. We do not speak Italian, but the waiter made an effort to explain us everything. They delayed a little bit the table, but offered some bread with oil while we were waiting To compensate. To say something against, they did not have pizza for lunch, which made the menu a little bit reduced.
