PuntoG is a restaurant that looks like a bar but serves good food. Strategically positioned quite close to Venice's Santa Lucia Station, it is however fairly quiet as its location is just off the main touristic paths. As mentioned, the setting is rather simple, maybe even too simple, but the service is caring and warm and the quality of the food is good, even though the menu is fairly standard and does not venture into the unknown at all!

Great restaurant. Not in a central area with canal views but welcome, service and food was all excellent! For the first time on this trip the discount was applied and the bill was correct! Would highly recommend and would go again if we came back to Venice

This little restaurant was a great find! We honestly never would have found it if it wasn’t for the Fork. It was so so delicious and the staff was very nice to us. (Saw a review they weren’t nice because of using the fork discount but that was not the case for us!) We would most definitely come back here.

Charming neighborhood restarant on a quiet side street a few doors down from our hotel. The host was very nice. It was a Sunday night, so not busy at all. We sat down immediately, enjoyed some Aperol spritz and some typical Venetian dishes. The "smooth jazz" radio was a bit too loud but not annoying. We enjoyed our entire meal. Would definitely recommend if you are staying near Piazzale Roma.

Found this on The Fork app as was looking for a gluten free restaurant. Unfortunately they were not completely gluten free so ended up having steak. It was tender and delicious but if you're looking for a place with GF pasta or pizza then isn't the place. Apart from that great restaurant and would recommend as staff very friendly and attentive. I even requested non smoking and they obliged (spoilt from Australia ????)

This is a beautiful restaurant located in a nice relaxing area away from the hustle and bustle of the main centre of Venice. The service we received was 10/10. Polite and friendly staff all made sure my wife and I had a great meal and everything we needed. The food was excellent, and the quality of the ravioli was top-notch. We enjoyed the wine and all the courses were very tasty. We will be visiting here again, and I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

When we arrived we were received by a hostile owner saying that we would have to wait at least 30 minutes for a table when there were two couples already paying (I think he wasn’t too pleased since we were there with yums). The food was disappointing. The ravioli was ok but the rigatoni carbonara was really bad. I don’t think he wanted us there so if you’re going with yums be prepared. On the other hand, the younger waiter who served us was really kind.
