Everything about the restaurant was great. Very well thought of menu with fresh ingredients and nice flavours. And they were very friendly and attentive.

A simply exceptional yet unpretentious dining experience. Extraordinary, perfectly balanced combinations of organic, locally sourced seasonal ingredients (where possible of course). Maarten’s menu was such a great combination giving a good sample of the breadth of expertise of the chef. Service was really friendly, personable and professional. Wine knowledge of a high level, but brought across in such a friendly manner. This is the sort of place that is worth going out of your way for - we care all the way from Amsterdam ????

This is indeed a fantastic place! Firstly, the service is just outstanding. You always have everything necessary, waiters come at the very right momentsl, it was all so naturally friendly. People working there make a whole story out of your dishes and wines, which is an amazing experience to follow this food 'journey'. I would definitely recommend ordering a surprise menu with matching wines. Just do this and follow the journey, you will know a lot of new and interesting things about food! Secondly, the meals were real pieces of art, being a very good quality food at the same time. With different courses we had fish, meat, gorgeous cheeses for dessert and all this with different kinds of fantastic and very special wines. The atmosphere was also nice inside, the restaurant was getting lively in the middle of the evening. Additionally, the staff arranged a birthday surprise desert for my boyfriend, which made this day completely pleasant. So I would also recommend this place for special occasions or a birthday dinner. Regarding financial aspect, this is undoubtedly worth it! Coming back again one day, highly recommended :)

Ambitious cooking...and fair pricing. And very nice and open minded service. Very good wine by the glass. I was quiet impressed. I will definitely go there again!

This was our second visit (from the UK). Not only was the food was excellent once again but also we really appreciated your care and attentiveness towards the various dietary needs of our group. The friendly personal touch in addition to the wonderful food made for a special evening.

I’ve not managed to find an English version of this website so hopefully I’ve given you top scores. A great evening of food and wine- loved the German rose wine so much that we are trying to source it in England. The service could not have been kinder as we stubbled with very little Dutch language (apologies - we are British!) ) to explain vegetarian and gluten free needs. I had asparagus, pork then chocolate ... all beautifully presented. Bravo!

A wonderful culinary experience. The dishes were well conceived and beautifully presented. The service was first class. But regrettably I do have to take a point off because the portions were rather small - with a little more on our plates, it would have been the perfect meal.

Beautiful Friday evening at PUUR M. Execellente and creative Meal with good wine and the service was very kind. We enjoy ????.
