In restaurant Puur M fruit and vegetables come from the kitchen garden. Which is located in Lent under the name Warmoes Historic Tuinderij, a living museum filled with unsprayed fruit and vegetables. In the kitchen of Puur M they come fully into their own. They are prepared to colorful creations with surprising flavors and combined with friendly produced meat and sustainable fish.
