Food was tasty but portions were really small. The Beef & Guinness pot pie came in a desert size ramekin with one tiny scoop of mash on top. Considering the price, I would have expected a decent size serving.

We decided to go to the Pymble Hotel after living in the area for over twenty years, and had driven past many times but had never been for dinner, pleasantly surprised. We were very impressed with the food, it was very fresh and the right quantity. We will be back again.

Unassuming pub outside but inside was large and had a nice traditional feel with open fireplaces. Food was nice but drink orders on the app did not arrive for a few guests.

We are regular patrons but on this occasion something went wrong with the food order. One dish came quickly but the other 2 had an hour wait. It appeared that they had gone to the wrong table. Having said that, the food was good and staff friendly but they need to look at being better organised.

Great trivia night entertainment last night. My partner had the rump steak which he enjoyed. I couldn’t have my first 2 choices off the menu as they had ran out of those. Instead had the king avo chicken. Which was very dry and had no salad dressing. Will be returning for another trivia night and hopefully the next meal will be better.
