9.5/10We had been to Quadrat pre-pandemic and loved the garden setting and wonderful food. We returned to celebrate our wedding anniversary and were very impressed. The staff very kindly gave us a glass of cava to celebrate. The tasting menu with wine pairings is a wonderful experience. We would highly recommend, only the strawberry course was a little tasteless. Highlights were the cod and the pork. The tomato starter was also fabulous.

7.5/10The food was beautiful and delicious, as was our wine and cava. The service was extremely poor given what we expected from a Michelin rated restaurant. We were seated and given water upon arrival. We waited an hour before the manager arrived at the table to describe the menu. He then took our our drink order. Our food arrived 30 min later. The manager never returned to our table. It is hard to know what happened, we were not offered an explanation. There were other people seated when we arrived who received food and two couples who arrived afterwards who were attended to and served in a much more timely fashion. This soured our experience.

10/10We had an amazing meal and evening at The Quadrant. The food was exceptional and the service was extremely attentive with really knowledgeable staff. We had the tasting menu and paired wine and the whole experience was incredible. I highly recommend this restaurant, the setting and ambience is amazing.

10/10Absolutely brilliant restaurant. What a wonderful experience, it started with the lobby bar, which had the most unique cocktails, the Porto Negroni was fantastic. The restaurant is beautiful, excellent service and fabulous dishes, The Red Snapper was so good, and the albondigas were delicious.

10/10This was our favorite restaurant in Palma di Mallorca! We enjoyed every dish and the wait staff went above and beyond to give us a 5 star experience. We highly recommend the steak tartare as an appetizer and sirloin as the main course.

10/10Absolutely fabulous spot. Of the several Michelin restaurants we went to throughout Spain, Quadrat was our favorite! Service impeccable, dishes perfectly prepared, and the overall experience was literally perfect. 10/10 would recommend.
