De la unión de un chef talentoso y creativo como Rafael Muria y una prestigiosa bodega como Ronadelles, surge Quatre Molins. Un espacio gastronómico ubicado en un entorno inigualable y rodeado de los paisajes más impresionantes del Priorat que, a pesar de todo, se define como un restaurante sencillo. Su decoración y su ambientación nos recuerdan a la cultura del vino. De igual forma, su cocina está inspirada en la miel, que aporta a sus platos ese toque único e inconfundible de la mano de artMuria (apicultores desde 1810). Ofrece dos menús gastronómicos realmente buenos, aunque también se puede uno sentar en la barra y disfrutar de un menú degustación abreviado o simplemente tomar un aperitivo de autor en compañía de un buen vino.
