Octopus was delicious but the rest of the food failed to live up to expectations. Service very warm and friendly. Little or no atmosphere or customers when we visited on a Friday evening with the lighting far too bright to create any kind of intimate ambiance.

We had a delicious traditional Portuguese meal at Queijaria Nacional. The food was so good that couldn't stop eating! We started with the delicious garlic shrimp, had the traditional salted cod for our main and finished with fresh Portuguese pastries and café. The prices were reasonable and the server was very attentive, and helpful. The smell of fresh cut flowers filled the charming restaurant and was a nice escape from all the touristy restaurants in the area.
